Consequences of Coronavirus on our manufacturing
Resumption of our activities this Monday, May 4
After this period of inactivity, our workshop resumes manufacturing 6 weeks late. This is substantial, but we are organizing ourselves to minimize the impact on the delivery time.
All new orders and those placed before the stop are well recorded and we will not fail to contact you as soon as it is ready. If you have any questions, we remain at your disposal for any further information.
We are aware of these unusually long deadlines and thank you for your patience.

Consequences of Coronavirus on our production
The exceptional situation we are going through has a serious impact on all businesses and we are not immune to it. Indeed, despite our efforts to continue manufacturing, we now lack qualified labor and raw materials to manufacture our fixtures. In addition, the health requirements imposed on businesses, in particular respect for social distance, no longer allow us to work safely. Consequently, the workshop will be temporarily closed and production will stop from this Monday, March 23, 2020.
We will resume our activities as soon as the authorities directives are relaxed and as soon as normal daily life takes over again, we hope as soon as possible.
What about your order?
Manufacturing is stopped, this does not mean that your order is canceled. The deadline will unfortunately be extended depending on the weeks without production. From the date of your order, count the time announced (6 to 8 weeks) + the weeks without production.
Resumption of activities
We will not fail to warn you as soon as we resume our activities. During the downtime, we remain reachable and answer all your questions (email@example.com).
New orders can always be placed as usual via this site or also by email firstname.lastname@example.org. They are saved and will be held upon reopening.
The pandemic, which no one had ever known the impact of it, is causing dramatic human situations which affect us and which we strongly think of. The delay in delivering a light fixture is undoubtedly paltry in comparison to this tragedy, however this has unexpected repercussions for you and we would like to apologise for our broken commitments.
